He was brought in to score goals and yet has been awfully profligate the entire season.

Pulisic puts a lot of pressure on defense as well but he is also a better finisher IMO.

Maybe, but Werner is a lot faster and has historically scored more goals. Also, Pulisic bricked a pretty big one in this one as well.

What are your thoughts on De Boer? Seems like he keeps failing up. Bad with Inter. Terrible with Crystal Palace (Morinho called him the worst EPL manager ever). Awful with Atlanta United. Telling his players that they can't take medicals for new teams until after the tournament isn't exactly going to endear himself to them.

Not a fan. Got Lucky with the talent Ajax had when he started there. I am not a fan of most of the coaches of Dutch internationals of his Generation (van Bommel, Cocu etc).

Do not expect a good tournament For us...

Should have thrown a video game controller -- the TV would have exploded.

Just had a son, want to raise him as a fan of a European club. Played soccer my whole life but never really picked a team. Decided on Manchester United as I have a couple of friends that are fans and will text with me during the games. Any United fans in here? Any good places to watch the games in Houston?

Trying to dive in as deep as I am with other Houston sports so this forum seemed like a good place to start and learn.

Haven't been there in a long time but Richmond Arms was the place to go watch euro football when i was growing up. I'm sure you would find plenty of united fans there.

Big United fan here but based up in The Woodlands. Richmond Arms is technically a Liverpool bar I believe. Haven't been there in a long time.
