Worth a try. We don't want to be too predictable. MDA, unfortunately, has become entirely predictable.

Harden with our weakest newest least reliable players. . . .is still a decent team
Russ with our most steady and reliable players. . . they should be able to keep him in check

Without EG, we have the worst bench compared to any other playoff team in the league. We seriously should've kept Lou Williams. He is instant offense and leads the Clippers to have the most scoring off the bench.

Which makes you wonder why we even have a G League, if you can be the MVP of a championship team and still not get minutes every game to develop at the next level.

That is precisely what 'Top heavy' means rite?

2 Superstars, couple of good starters, and the rest are meh or scrubby.....

I think once Ego comes back we should be legit 8 deep strong

Clark and Hartenstein need to be in the rotation
I think not using your bench does not equal no bench

Clemons can be added to the list
    Truth
not true —> a player that averaged a triple double for 3 season is not fitting in easily.
More truth. That player is in a position of need as well. Back up stretch 5 that can rebound and guard inside and out.

Maybe the next coach will have an answer... Morey has checkmated the checkers game; no more trades just better coaching. We need to wait till the offseason to do anything because only then will we have any tradable assets that aren’t core tied —> Gordon (max money) and Tucker starts the last year of his contract = Aaron Gordon type player.

The bench had 47 points, 20 rebounds and 10 assists and we had a 50 point blowout vs Atlanta. It allowed Harden to have single coverage and go off for 60.

It's obvious what the major difference was, if the bench is consistently strong scoring, along with defense and rebounding we can win a ring.

    Hou vs. Atlanta box Score

Honestly, when we get everyone healthy I'd love to see D'Antoni tinker around with some lineups like this:

    Starters:
    Harden/McLemore/House/Tucker/Capela

    Bench:
    Westbrook/EG (Clemons)/Rivers/Clark (Sefolosha)/Hartenstein

Also, generally, I think we need to utilize McLemore's ability to cut to the basket more. You saw flashes of it tonight, but dude is a deep threat and has decent handles and mad hops. It really adds a dynamic element to the offense when he's getting those wide open passes from Harden/Westbrook.
