I'm more excited for this than the actual NBA game. A lot depend in tonight and the whole scenery of the league can change depending on who lands the top 2 picks especially Zion. NY will probably trade him, the Suns will pick a scrub over him, if he goes to Minny Towns may ask out faster etc. I'm rooting for NO Memphis and Atlanta. If LAL get a top 3 pick again with such low chances then !!! Let's burn Silver at the stake~
I hope Atlanta gets it. Zion + Collins + Trae + Huerter + whomever they pick with the Mavs pick + Cap Space.
Knicks with the N.1 pick are definitely ahead of every other team in a potential Davis deal, and wouldn't be shocked if they'll be ahead regardless since they also have interesting prospects on long and cheap contracts like Robinson, Knox, Smith...they have all their picks, the Mavs future pick. If they want him, i don't really see how Ainge (unlikely anyway at this point imo) and the Lakers can compete, West might actually have a better package to offer with multiple picks (Miami future 1st unprotected included), Alexander and fillers like Trez, Shamet, Robinson...
I’m not clear on the lottery rules anymore. Is it still that teams outside of the top 3 can only jump into the top 3? So Dallas technically can’t get 4 or 5?
Same here tbh, but i think i read somewhere few days ago they might have around 25% of chances to end up in top 4.
