My line of work doesn't allow me to go see Spring Training baseball, but looking at the game today, my goodness does it look beautiful out there. I bet southern Florida feels like heaven in late February.
I figured mine out. I have Directv. It does a location search based off your ISP my work ISP shows up as some weird city in the middle of nowhere outside the broadcast region. So it was not allowing me to log in. I actually go tit to log in on my phone which showed my actual location.

Damn! Cards broadcast just said there was going to be over 900 WS rings made and distributed throughout all Astros staff and personnel
They'll give cheaper rings to staff, sales, etc. Not uncommon for the entire organization to get some sort of ring. My friend in sales with the Broncos got a ring when they won. 900 seems a bit high, but everyone in the organization will get something.
