you continue to provide evidence of the stupidity of Morey's decision to offer a poison pill contract to FA Lin. earth to Tin to sweep Morey's stupid mistake on Lin under the rug, the Rox paid the LAL a first round pick + a 2nd rounder to take on Lin's contract

do you want morey fired? This bad for a few years The only issue of this acquisition is that his cult like followers are still here because they are insecure of Rockets fans talking about their idol
Lin fans Nobody is going to say we traded Lin cause we think he sucks No nba player deserves that embarrassment He's changed teams so many times, the only person who basically implied Lin wasn't that great of a point guard was he took that lack of time and court awareness with him to the Lakers
If Lin had the support and development opportunities that Dragic had, I completely believe that Lin would have become as good of a player as Dragic. Dragic had a solid 4-5 years of coming off the bench and being able to develop outside the spotlight and without the pressure of a high-priced contract before becoming a starter. Lin never had that luxury. It's unfortunate, and there's no point in crying over spilt milk, but it's a big reason why Lin never reached his potential.
You do realize the context of this video you posted, right? Kobe goes ballistic, but Byron Scott told Lin not to foul:
What is Lin's potential? He already reached it. Is he going to be James Harden? or Curry? or LeBron? is he going to be Chris Paul? is he going to be even Luka Doncic?
Lin has maybe reached his peak because of age and circumstances, but his peak was not his potential. I totally agree that what he is now is pretty much what he will be moving forward. But I believe his potential was what along the lines of what Dragic is.
more evidence of Morey’s stupid decision to pass on Dragic & then giving a poison pill FA contract to Lin
Kobe was far from being a true superstar in the year Lin was with the Lakers. Basically Kobe was having his mid-life crisis...a former superstar who couldn't handle his own decline. And as has been talked about before, every player (including Lin) who left the Lakers after that year had a far better year with a new team. Byron Scott was Tank Commander and has always been a terrible coach.
Any decision made by Bryon Scott with the Lakers cannot be used as evidence of anything other than Byron's own stupidity.
When someone tries to minimize or trivialize Lin’s critically bad Portland series performance You know that their motive is that of an insecure fan Harden has plenty of sucky games, but he’s the main focal point of the other teams defense. He got traded cause the Rockets didn’t want him anymore And if someone continues to post lies about this situation I will continue to post the truth
I agree with you. Rockets traded Lin because they didn't want him anymore. Perhaps the most obvious statement every posted...you don't trade away players you want to keep. But I still find it super strange that you blame the backup PG for losing that series. Beverley actually had the worst +/- on the team in that game...
