And knocked out (relatively) early. That's going to create an interesting summer transfer season. Real isn't going to let that happen again so the odds are they're about to clean house and go on a new spending spree.

Hahaha. Amazing. I am really happy for a couple of my friends who are huge Ajax fans. It has been a while since a dutch team did anything in Europe. Great game.

I grew up an Ajax fan...as hard as that was in the US during the 80's and early 90's, relying only on the Soccer America magazine. Dutch football was so gorgeous back then and Ajax was the leader. I think I still have a VCR tape of them against AC Milan in the 1995 Champions League final. It's awesome to see them get back to this point and at the expense of Real.

Weak lucky result by United against PSG, but I feel bad for Buffon. The man is cursed from a Champions League perspective.

Why do you feel bad for him? He's just as responsible for their loss today as anyone.

It was a call that absolutely no one could argue had it been called either way. If he let it go, so be it. I was surprised he called it (but that maybe due to some unresolved Rockets vs the refs related issues). It was a handball and it was in the box. Weird how it happened but it was the right call in the end.

I know that Buffon cost them today but I’m saying that he’s cursed overall. He’s had many opportunities in the CL and always comes up short so I feel bad for him given that he’s a legend.

I think it's my overall dislike for Italian soccer (goes back to 1990 World Cup) that I never feel bad for any Italian player (soccer related) hardships. Make the simple save and they go through regardless of the penalty.

    thanks breh!

oddly enough, i was more of an elvis breh growing up, rather than beatles (they good too). i don't think i identify with lfc fans much at all. the scouse dialect is confusing, ynwa is a good slogan but a horrible song, beatles are just alright... nothing on the level of one direction.
