I think Harden was sick or hungover something. He was out of it last night.

Harden awe as for this one, and he knows it.
    Lets hope he redeems tonight.

We will never play D'Antoni's offense the way Harden brings the ball up, our players cannot really move and cut and if they do make a proper pass out of it and are too limited in terms of body movement. Harden in particular but others as well, they pass and stand around watching. Still a big problem.

Crappy loss but I'm over it.

I think back to last year and how people here would use the ending of last night's game as definitive proof that McHale/JBB were the worst ever at anything anyone has ever done. So now we have some offensive genius at HC and the same thing happened.

Maybe, just maybe, things like this happen to mediocre teams from time to time.

I do not expect Top 100 player Anderson and Top 80 player Gordon to step it up when Top 8 player Harden has an off night.

Harden looked tired the whole game. He also hasn't been able to elevate that last two games (injured?). Anybody else notice this? His game doesn't actually require it (elevating) but I wonder if it is temporary or the new norm for him.

Me too, and it feels awesome. Last year, none of the losses bothered me. At least this team looks like they care and plays hard and is fun to watch. I'm glad I'm back to being salty about losses.

    This. This. This.

And do you know what? I'm not mad. Our team isn't elite and the losses we're taking are close. We aren't completely rolling over like we did last season. And more than that, Capela, Dekker, KJ and Montrezl have all shown improvement. A lot of people here are talking like they're disappointed this team isn't playing like championship contenders. Well they aren't championship contenders at all. Get over it. This is what we need to be looking for this season:

    1. Getting as close to 50 wins as possible.
    2. Harden looking so spectacular that free agents line up to play with him.
    3. Clearing some cap room somehow. Hopefully by dumping Brewer.
    4. Continuing to be competitive in losses.
    5. A strong showing in the first round of the playoffs. Hopefully a 7 game series.
*edit 6. Continued development of our young guys.

That's about it. If your expectations are higher than that, you're setting yourself up for disappointment. Hell, even those expectations might be a bit ambitious.

live by 3, die by 3, nobody listens to it, GS won the year before last year because everybody is injured, Cavs are without love and Kyrie, see what happended last year, still nobody believes the wisdom words passed down by legends

We're not even creating great 3 point looks.

    1) Walk the ball up
    2) Pass it once
    3) Shoot a 3

people can be insanely good at shooting, but you are playing in a game where it has body contacts and there are defenders, people get tired, 3 point shot are not like dunks, it will not always go in, even i can win against curry if i am shooting all layups and he is shooting 3s without question

I have always needed a thread like this. Now posters will be able to link this thread into my rant threads stating "There is already a thread for complaining about losses".

Do we need something like this for after wins? A thread where CFers can just give each other one giant circle jerk and talk about how no one in the world appreciates our greatness.
