The whole thing made no sense, looked like she was tethered to something. maybe there's something in a car or something that she desperately wants, but it looks like she was just batshit insane.
A little comic relief, please tell me someone can embed the clip of the fire chief stopping the press conference when he thought the sign language interpreter was mocking him with some of his gestures. Everyone ROFL'd when he realized it was normal sign language.
