    Carmen Benedetti was just moved up to Buies Creek.

    Benedetti, a 12th-round pick out of Michigan last year, was slashing .332/.446/.465 with 4 homers and 32 RBI in 69 games at Quad Cities.

    I just pass along what's happening on the farm and don't really care who reads. but I'm not sure if that can be done without it eliciting some passive-aggressive snark anymore.

    It's been 48 hours since the deadline, eventually people will realize that it's over and done with, everything that can be said has been said a dozen times, and get back to the reality of actual baseball. I give them about another month.

    Yankees still have enough. Hope is they get desperate and keep trading?

    Whoever develops the most pitching will have he best chance of dominating the AL. Signs point to the Astros.

    So, has Brendan Mccurry served his 50 game suspension via the minor leagues or does he have to be suspended at the major league level?

    That was a minor league suspension, which he finished serving in June
