It's not strictly the record, though. It's the quality of play.

I think SOS personally is BS in most sports. I pay it little mind.

It comes down to being better than the other team no matter that team on that particular day. Last year I remember people were fretting about our SOS being hard to close the season. Rockets won the games they were meant to win.

They played bad tonight, but it's not been every night has it? The proof is in the record that recently they have more often played well enough to win games. They have issues but recently they have won some games while getting chemistry, improving their play, and getting some guys back healthy during this stretch.

This team obviously has issues against the Nuggets. I remember last year they would get embarrassed by the Pelicans every time. I think they are turning it around but doing it slowly. The bench is back there, Dmo is coming into form. Harden is raising his FG%, Dwight is.....Thornton has become reliable off the bench, their rebounding is an issue.

I'm not hitting the big red button yet. There are positives and negatives to this team. they are a .500 team to be sure but all is lost just yet.

Blow up the team, including trading Harden unless they can bring in a coach like Thibs who would have his full and undivided attention.

I'm not mad at the team at this point. I'm just disappointed.

The fans know what this team is capable of. The players know what they're capable of. The opponents know what this team is capable of.

So them not winning just disappoints me.
