So... Astros are doomed next season too I'm guessing. With this trend.

Tuned out with about 2 minutes to go in 1st half to eat. Put the game on pause on League Pass with the intention of coming back to watch it after dinner.

Decided to check the score before watching the rest and saw it never improved.

Don't feel bad at all! Think I've found the key to watching Rockets games without getting upset.

may be in the minority but I think it's we can't win BECAUSE Harden has a bad game, not just when he has a bad game. Ariza played great. Brewer sucked. Harden stops all flow of the offense. He IS the reason we are sucking.

I don't even feel bad after this one. Just sort of a slow, dull ache.

Well, at least we got to witness one of Porzingis' first NBA games, and he didn't let us down.

I've only seen the first 3 quarters of the Knicks game so far. It did not depress me. I saw more focus and intensity on the defensive end, and I saw several players trying new stuff. Especially thrilled at our focus on driving and cutting to the basket. Loved the many back cuts, for which I'm inclined to credit Bickerstaff.

Sounds like we blew opportunities in the 4th. But NYK were shooting hot, and we missed a few bunnies, and that was enough to make the difference. Look, we mishandled preseason and our first few games. We're now trying to get our act together while minimizing losses in the interim. I see progress, and I'll take it.

    1. Pretty sure you're not the first person on this BBS to say that.

    2. You might be right, you might not be, but what I don't get is WTF you guys get out of making these types of proclamations. Is it really that satisfying if you end up being correct?

Last season was my best season ever as a Rockets fan (since 2002). It's gone.

I'm done watching them. Time for a roster overhaul. Keep Harden, Ariza, D-MO, and Capela. Get rid of everyone else. I'm serious about that. Tired of watching brick after brick after brick from these scrub losers.

Apparently we can't win when Harden has a good game either.
