Pretty sure that's a foregone conclusion... Most saw it in the midst of the OKC series. Small teams that overly rely on 3 point shooting will wear down as the season gets longer, and the games get more physical... Nothing that this Warriors team has shown over the last 2 years suggests otherwise (but they're still good enough to be the overall champions... Just not the greatest team ever).
I hate to admit it, because I like Blatt, but Tyronne Lue has figured out the Warriors and made the correct adjustments. Cleveland has this series by the throat.
It's bad giving GS hope early in the game. Dallas down 20 in the 1st is a great example. More signs GS is gonna take it
The Warriors kryptonite is the combination of active, athletic bigs and elite scoring pgs. That combination appears to really be a lot for this Warriors team to handle as a series goes along.
I do agree that they're one of the great teams (unless they lose this and game 7), but no, it doesn't matter if they have a total of more wins. I would be very curious to see how they would go head - to- head against the 2001 Lakers or the 1986 Celtics. They may very well beat them both, but then again....
If that were true, then Cavs wouldn't have lost Game 4. Everyone also thought OKC figured it out. Having said that, this game is done. Here is where the Green suspension is killer as I think they would have won Game 5 with him there at least the way that game was going. Here is also where 3-1 lead and home court is crucial.
