You are missing out on a lot of fun though...I mean I certainly understand what you are saying....but I guess I just need the daily laughter

I suppose my laughter is secondhand when he gets quoted.

I do find it interesting that Devo hasn't pitched at all recently. If he isn't going to be used would rather see Hoyt in one inning spurts.

Stephen Wrenn has scored 8 runs in his first 2 games as a pro.

The Astros' record in games in which Devenski pitches is 1-14. :)

exactly my point, Devenski has been very good, but seldomely used.

Hoyt right now could be better than Neshek, and can go over 1 inning.

Lets bring Hoyt up, and send Devenski to the minors so he can stretch himself as a starter. Devenski is NOT been used.

Devenski has a 2.54 ERA and a whip of 1.08 in 46 innings.
Why are we not using a guy with those kind of numbers????

Why use him when we are losing????

Bless his heart, he has so much to say.

Part of me admires his ability to be completely oblivious to everybody's opinion of him. He's not a troll, or he may the world's greatest troll, I really can't tell.

So you agree Devenski is been used correctly? Don't you think we can use him more vs lefties, especially when we only have one lefty in our bullpen and is not really a loogy???

VV and Feliz have the stuff, but last year we did not used them correctly.
This year Hinch started the same way with Feliz, and FINALLY had to give him the job because he was just too good.
Now is Devenski. He looks a lot like the head coach well, former head coach of the dolphins who would not use rookies until he HAD TO. Hinch is the same with his pitchers, he prefers to go with an old guy struggling, example Qualls than Feliz or VV in those situations. This year the same with Fields over Devenski and Feliz.

Is time to give the chance to the guys that are really good, and Hoyt should be in the majors.

2 more hits for Reed last night! On one of his best streaks of the season. Hopefully it's time to see him up soon

Right when Marwin (and Gomez) start hitting ;) Valbuena is surging as well.

First base has somewhat of a log jam, right now.

Who are we sending down if Reed continues to surge?
