But it was a far more important out than arbitrarily giving it to Kluber for getting through a no pressure 2nd, where they took the lead after. I love the baseball box score because it usually can tell the story of the game without actually having to watch it. Most baseball stats are awesome because you usually can't fake those cumulative numbers over a full 162 game season. But in the end, wins/losses are just so arbitrary... And "holds" really don't ever really tell the full story, and will never catch on as a cumulative stat of value.
