    He didn't win... gah.

Time to check out the injury front... Beltran has to be due for a pulled hammy, or a bruised ovary, eventually.

As if losing wasn't bad enough, now I'm getting a stupid amount of texts about voting being closed.

Not going to outvote an entire country.

Canadians are rabid in their support for their players. You can multiply their rabidness by 10 when the player is a good ol' Canadian boy.

Yep. Talked to people in Vancouver--opposite coast and forever away from Toronto--and they told me how they drive in droves over the border when the Blue Jays are in Seattle. If it was the only team in the nation, would Los Angeles support the Yankees like crazy? Maybe..

hrmm Beltran has a hamstring issue, if he pulls out, seems like Springer would be next OF to take his place

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Joe Girardi had Carlos Beltran back at DH tonight as he’s not taking any chances that his hamstring acts up again <a href="https://t.co/6YZjxJIdvW">https://t.co/6YZjxJIdvW</a></p>&mdash; Newsday Sports (@NewsdaySports) <a href="https://twitter.com/NewsdaySports/status/750878190801973248">July 7, 2016</a></blockquote>

Hopefully Springer can somehow still make it. People aren't rightfully taking defense or WAR into account.
