Looks like we're going to have a run of Clutch City because I'm picking Sam Cassell. Not only is he a Clutch City Hero, he also had a hell of a career, his best season being with the Timberwolves in 2004, where he was an All-Star. That year, he put up a 23 PER season with 12 win shares and shot 40% from 3. On my team he'd be going back to his Clutch City role as a super guard off the bench wreaking havoc on other 2nd units. He also for my money, is the greatest post up guard of all time. And he has BIG BALLS. He would have been tops on my list if I was going by talent, but there are so many great wings out there I can be fine with getting one later. Center is a more scarce position.
