Like I said. They'd have won if he hit those three's and not Turned it over when Delladova intercepted the pass. Did ya'll listen to the commentary? He was getting too cute with the passes, hahahha.
Watching Jeremy Lin games is better than the Walking dead. It's so fun and I get to come in this thread and critique and discuss. It's endless, really. Thank you for the provided entertainment Tinman, sir.
Lin is still streaky as hell. Games where he doesn't feel it he has to step up in another aspect . Maybe try to get to the line. 10 assists is nice though, along with the steals and an offensive board.
Last night the coach said that they will not rest him after every B2B but they will try to be careful with him. Perhaps the GM is involved to save his value for a future trade. Btw I liked how their rookies played. And the coach is great
The 12 pt 10 ast 4/16 shooting stat line would be a decent night for the likes of Rubio, Rondo. For Lin? No he sure sucks with a stat line like that.
That's dleaguer stat. Lin isn't performing if Nets doesn't get a W and not averaging 25/4/8. He's a scrub because he can't perform like an all star. I don't even know what that means.
4. Newsboys Album 5. Large Tapioca balls 6. Representing the super wealthy tech millionaires of Palo Alto
actually 4/16 is a horrible stat line for any NBA player.. including Rubio and Rondo. Rubio and Rondo get as much crap for their poor shooting as anyone.. BUT for a LOF? No 4/16 is a great .. he's an all star!!
Stop making things up. I haven't seen anyone saying Lin should be an all star for years on this board. 4/16 is terrible for any player, I agree. Rubio and Rondo get criticized all the time for their shooting, yet, they are still considered elite point guards, due to their ability to distribute. Lin certainly didn't have a good night, but saying he somehow was playing like a scrub is plainly biased.
you are not LOF LOFs are ones who joined around 2012, 2013 and beyond, most of their IPs are not close to Texas in some blatant cases they are stemming from China if you are fervent about Lin, then it's like be bitten by a ticket or mosquito, which is ok.
You are a tinman, you cannot be bitten by a tick or mosquito. You are fueled by ppl's love to Lin, and whenever he plays well or poorly, you would be on fumes because of your love/hate relationship with LIn and his supporters. Keep it up, you are keeping this thread alive, but don't fall into childish jabs, which actually were quite boring sometimes.
Efficiency isn't as relevant on the Nets. The team needs someone to put up 20PPG on ANY efficiency. Lin needs to keep shooting, preferably they want at least a 40% shooting performance, but that needs volume production and the only one that can provide that is Lin and Brook Lopez. Also Rubio and Rondo were never heralded as great shooters, and nowadays nobody even considers them top tier point guards. Lin has always been a better shooter than them, so obviously expectations on his shooting should be higher.
Except there are many ppl who were calling them above average and being way better than J-Lin. Lin had 12/11(not 10, they miss-counted an assist in the 3rd Q), along with 3 stl and 3 rebs. That's pretty solid. J-Kidd had many kinds of this type of performances in his career but no one would knock him out. Was Kidd an elite pg? During his prime, 2001-2004, Kidd had 7 games per year that he played as bad or even worse than Lin did: http://www.basketball-reference.com...=12&order_by=pts&player_id=kiddja01#stats::30 Yes, Lin is yet to prove himself a star player but ppl are just quick to count him out because of his ... you know.
