Yeah, lots of people are sleeping on him. But he's the only PG in Brooklyn and he puts up good numbers. I picked him in round 7 or something in a 14 team league. That's good value in my estimation.
Y You're the one that goes to other teams fan forum and the Christian Post to dig up information to put into the various Lin threads here on Clutchfans. So yeah, I just LOL'd reading your post.
LOFs are genetic experiments between chicken and rat DNA. That one above me is an example, they are fake Rockets fans as well as mutants
You're talking nonsense. Being first drawn to an individual player is how most people become fans of a team or even a sport in general. Are you saying people who started watching ball because of MJ are MJ only fans? Or are they basketball fans? How about fans who started watching the Lakers cuz of Kobe, are they Kobe fans or Lakers fans? It depends on the context obviously. If Lorenzomax continued supporting the Rockets after Yao retired or even when he was constantly injured and hardly saw PT, then that should make him a legitimate Rockets fan in anyone's eyes. The level of scrutiny Chinese fans are held up to is totally unfair. Just because they have a favorite player and enthusiastically root for him doesn't make them phony fans. Just because they stick up for Jeremy when he's getting attack by Looney Tunes tinman doesn't mean they're literally Lin Only Fans. Edit: Yes, there are literal LOF out there, but they are a minority compared to literal LOH.
The only true Rockets fans either joined in 99, or support my crusade to ride Clutchfans of Lin fans. Signed, Tinmac
Hopefully this is the team where he shoots 20+ shots a game. He is far and away the best player on the team and the only one that can create his own shot lol.
This site is for Rockets fans only. Yes they are LOF, they even admit it. If they aren't Rockets fans on a Rockets site, then they are phony fans. It's quite evident when they think Lin's performance against Portland had nothing to do with the Rockets losing that series. This is video from CLUTCHFANS, this site. What Rocket fan would think this was good? the answer is none. But these stupid LOFs think that this was excusable for Lin. if you believe that Lorenzomax rat is a Rockets fan, you might as well believe that Godzilla lives in the Sea of Japan. He's on rookie status for a reason, the same reason rat traps are sprung when the rat eats the cheese
Why would a single play turn the results of an entire 7 game series? Fwiw, Lin's last moment as a Rocket on the court was with the team leading in Game 6 with less than a second on the clock. Glad he was able to end his Rockets career that way.
What a fart...I didn't even have a PC until July, 2009... and Yao fell out of the league right after that... what could motivate me to come here? I still watched like 40+ games per year since Yao's retirement tho. I don't need any proof to pursue you to approve me as a Clutch fan back in those days cuz that's ridiculous to do from that early on. But if you want some, here you go.. What a joke...I am sensitive? Why should I care so much about what you guys' thinking? You are not that important man, don't act like you are president here. lol I am just interested in your brainfart comments abt Lin and Lin fans. The more you hated him/them, the more I found joyful here or there. Most of the time I didn't even post in this thread. tinman, the most active poster in this thread probably forgot my existence as a Lin fan here lol. You are so funny. If you hate us or hate this thread, just don't come back and read it again. Or create a thread talking about other stuff. Plain and simple.
Lin is not gonna shoot that many shots a game. You forgot that he likes getting to the foul lines like Harden. I think he will average just 13-15 shots a game.
Thanks man. Actually I did come back for Carl Herrera. He is the best Rockets fan I have ever seen in the English world. I want to know what he thought about Lin and his new team. He has been fair to Lin since day one and was being rational most of the time. He is a fun dude also.
Because that was a very close series with very even teams. His errors and incompetent play was a major factor. I'm glad his Rockets career was over. He was a disappointment and came with too much hype, never mind the army of worm fans. You are the only LOF that I actually believe is telling some semblance of the truth and being honest. That LOF that is rookie status should be the next one on the chopping block.
Stop pretending . I'm sure the GSW board has a thread where people can talk about other NBA happenings. I'm going to guess you belong in a community and you talk about things outside your community. You are on this board not for the Rockets or being amongst Rockets fans. You are here to preach an Jeremy Lin agenda and respond to criticisms about him because you feel an abstract need to defend him from critics even though if you fell off a bridge, Jeremy Lin wouldn't even know it.
I am not a LOF. I am a LF. Game 7 would have been great if the Rockets could have stopped Lillard with less than 1 second left.
No need to pretend. I'm on a Rockets board because some of my favorite players (Lin and Yao and Maloney) played for the Rockets and there seems to be interest in discussing Lin here (as indicated by this thread getting created by Rockets fans). And yes, I belong to a community and talk about things outside of my community. And I think it's incredibly valuable to have people outside of my community join the conversation and provide alternative opinions/insights. I am glad you understand this and accept it. It's a wonderful world. I do not preach Jeremy Lin's agenda, as I am not a Christian and have no interest in preaching about religious faith. And I can't see myself falling off a bridge since the bridges around here have very high railings.
But you have witnessed extreme LOFs here getting the axe . In the history of team sites, player only fans do not have the same intent as the team fans.
I am a witness! Hallelujah! I am happy that you are able to distinguish between Extreme LOFs, LOFs and LFs. It is important to understand nuance. Hopefully you are also able to distinguish between Extreme LHs, LHs, as well as ILLHPGF (I Like Lin He's Pretty Good Fans).
This is how it is: Rockets fans: can have any opinion they want here that's it. If you are not a Rockets fan, then you are trespassing.
Here's my prediction for Lin this season: 18 ppg, 45% FG% 38% 3-pointer% 85% FT%, 3 rpg, 6 apg, 1.5 spg, 1.2 bpg, 3 topg
