    The YOF thing started right after Yao joined the Rockets when a lot of Chinese fans signed on to Clutchcity.net. Many of them had never posted on an English board, had little idea of American culture.

    Some of them were good posters, became real Rcokets fans, and stuck around until now. Some faded away after the Yao era ended.
