I want Gregory to fall to us.

I feel like this Texans regime will wait until later in the draft to target a WR.

My choice would be Devin Smith if he was still around at our pick in the 3rd.

I'll be happy with BPA. Hopefully that BPA is either OL, DE, or an LB. Maybe a CB

I'll give pretty much any pick the benefit of the doubt so long as they play a first round type of position.

Same here, I'll give any pick the benefit of the doubt until I do some more research, but generally I won't be excited about a C, G or an ILB as I think they just aren't worth a 1st rounder to me.

All in all, BOB seems like a football scientist compared to Kubiak's "aww shucks" approach so i'm trusting this regime until they give me a reason not to.

I don't know, last year's draft looks pretty bad.

Need some top teams to reach, hoping someone goes nuts and drafts the UCLA QB early to push some guys down.

We'll see, I think we got a good TE, a good FB, a very solid OG, and if Clowney recovers a franchise pass rusher. That's not too bad.

That's on Kubiak/coaching staff for failing to develop them, not on Smith.

I think he could be the player everybody claimed Clowney was destined to be last year. I really don't mind the weed.

I'm scared of Jay Glazier's "other problems" that would knock him completely of Jay Glazier's draft board (iie wouldn't take him with the last pick in the 7th).

What does that mean? Is he habitually late for class, or is he Aaron Hernandez?

It's very scary without more detail.

Given what I've heard about Randy Gregory, I'd bet he's not on the Texans board at all

    He's actually a smart dude:

I read somewhere that there are questions about Gregory's mental makeup, whatever that means.

I'd actually be pretty happy with Cam Erving.

Glazer didn't say what the "other problems" were. I could work with it if it were just low intelligence. There are plenty of genius serial killers in the history of the world.

Basically the gist is that people think he has emotional issues and the chances of him engaging in high risk activity are too high to justify spending a pick on someone already under the NFL's substance abuse policy.

    Ooohhh. Anxiety?

That's tough given our recent history with Mr. White and the Rockets.

Winston has mental makeup issues. Won't deter the Bucs from taking him 1st overall.

Clowney had the same type of question marks. Didn't hurt his draft stock one bit.

Not comparing him to the other 2 in terms of value. Just saying, players have had comparable issues with little effect to their draft stock.

Unless it's anxiety, I still hope he falls to use. If not trade down for Kendricks.

My minimum happy would be Devante Parker or Alvin Dupree.
Shocked happy would be Gregory or DGB.
Satisfied would be Gurley, Erving, Kendricks.

With Winston, it's just behavioral problems and that's something that can be fixed, with Clowney it was just false rumors, with Gregory it's supposed to be something more deep seeded that can't be fixed, only managed.
