UPDATED RULES:

- The pool of draftable players is anyone that has played in at least one NBA game from the 1979-1980 season to now.
- Pick 8 players.
- There is a limit of 25 cumulative all star appearances each team may have.
- Must have at least one player from every decade. Name a decade for 3 players (one for 1980s, one for 1990s, one for 2000s), everyone else is judged simply by prime, no matter when that prime happened.
- In addition, you may have only one player who made his first all star game in 2010 or later.

No trades in this draft, I guess in part because few people. In part because of restrictions, it's hard to construct trades. But overall it's been a very fun draft to me.
