Doubt that Would love it, but can't see it Is Appel higher than Wheeler?? Not sure Fisher is that highly thought of Gomez is controlled next year
Yea he wouldn't be a top target for anyone But he is young and would be someone building teams would like to have And I wonder how much PT he will get here with Lowrie back
I don't think Gomez is necessary. Once Springer comes back we will be good. Someone of lesser value but can put up solid numbers... maybe. I still prefer another starter/bullpen. This is what wins championships. Altuve, Correa, Springer, Lowrie, Tucker, etc are enough offense.
We'd probably have to throw in a low level lottery type but that's two top 100 talents is a pretty good haul. Now, I am just speculating here but the 25 man has a weird jam of talent. Could see a player or two from the big league squad go in a trade (VV and Singleton would be the most likely). If they are part of a Ross type package, Feldman would become the new long man.
They have Story ready to play SS, and apparently aren't moving Reyes I don't want Carlos Gonzales, hasn't been real good out of Coors
pretty similar to gomez's road splits. i wouldn't pay much for either. i'm fine with our OF when Springer returns.
I would be super pissed if McCullers was dealt. Velasquez I'll def give up for Price. and then give Price a lot of money after this year. Anyway I feel we need another hitter. I am curious to see what Luhnow will do.

well, if a "person familiar with the astros' thinking" says it's unlikely..... #unsubstantialdrellichdrivel
