    We didn't let him go...he basically said that's where he wanted to be.

    Because that isn't what anyone would say to their new team? He didn't come because we didn't allow a player option. Morey even mentioned shortly after that he wished to remain flexible by not allowing player option fourth years. It has come back to bite him because we just had to throw away a pick because he rode the wrong horse that year.

    I think Morey will have has his eyes set on Durant in 2016 so I don't see him making any moves that might possibly hinder those chances by taking on contracts that'll eat up space beyond the next 2 years.

    The summer of 2016 might be the year where Harden and Howard would try to pitch Durant to come here with Howard and possibly Parsons coming back and taking a paycut. At least that's what I hope happens.
