Yeah, I don't understand why he's an all-star. I grew up as a Brewer fan. I don't like him as a person and as a player

And Springer would have backed up that errant throw by Donaldson to prevent Goldy from advancing. Complete lack of hustle twice by someone who should not have been an AS in Cain.

    Thanks Royal's fans.

I just learned something new about baseball. Good call, and it makes perfect sense that part of a RF's role is to back up 1B.

Cain isn't the only underserving Royal. Great fan support in KC, but it's what the league allows. There should be some sort of split vote between fans.

Also, as great as that fan support is, F*** their squad for injuring George and F*** them too if they justify it or have an excuse.

    loved watching this game.

Trout, deGrom and Aroldis were simply fantastic to watch out there.

And Price Fielder can HIT. Too bad Miggy was hurt -- him and Pujols from a few years ago are the two best hitters of this generation.

Trout became the first player with B2B All-Star MVPs and joins Cal Ripken, Gary Carter, and Willie Mays as the only muliple time All-Star MVPs winners. Very impressive player. Springer will never be Mike, but he isn't too far behind him. Just needs to get his average up. Such a shame dude is injured and the way it happened is even worse. Hopefully the team can hold their own until his return.

    How soon before Lowrie's return?
