Tremendous over-the-shoulder "willie mays" catch by Springer in game vs. the Yankees today.

Nice to see Singleton, DeShields and Correa survive the first cuts.

I guess that might be pretty much it for Clemens as an Astro. Surprised he didn't last longer into Spring Training, but he did get rocked in his only 2 appearances.

Good to see Altuve already in mid-season form by getting picked off.

Delino Deshields looks heavy... and not in a good way.

I was in Florida last week and was shocked how little and stocky he is (I've never actually seen him). But the baseball people said he's always been little and stocky and weren't concerned. Still very fast.

Didn't know that; always assumed he was tall and lanky. He's a little sparkplug. Looks a lot like Darren Sproles, actually. The guy I was talking to said he was still blazing fast. They kind of like DDJr, btw. Higher on him than I would have guessed.

I've only seen him play a couple of times, but he reminded me of Tim Raines.

Raines struck me as taller and not as thick - but it's been, like, 30 years since I saw Raines play. In my head, he always looked like his dad, of course. That's the big disconnect for me.

I was kind of hoping Stassi would make the club.
