what time did that happened? probably around the 5 minute mark left in the game? the Spurs were already shooting lights out for over a quarter. The spurs might not have blew the heat out as bad, but they were going to lose. if he was feeling that bad, he would have called a time out or taken himself out. he decided to play on.
Wanna be like Mike? http://probasketballtalk.nbcsports....an-left-an-nba-finals-game-due-to-cramps-too/
Miami started Q4 up 6. He started laboring when he missed the two jumpers back to back, at the 8:33 mark. After missing the 2nd one he tapped out. He was laboring before that. After he missed the 2nd one that's when the lead was cut to 2. The Spurs points up to that point were two Splitter buckets and two FT's. They weren't shooting the lights out and were still down 6 when he started laboring. He did try to play on until he couldn't. Hence asking to come out the game.
Let's keep in mind that Tim Duncan sat out most of the 3Q when Miami got its lead. Also the Spurs will not have 23 turnovers in the next game.
and the spurs were up 7 before the 9 turnovers in the 3rd quarter which eventually lost them the lead
Those are some of the Houstonish TO I've ever seen from the Spurs. They rarely have those type of TOs. The heat probably have something to do with that.
1 or 2 were off good defense. but most were just really careless/sloppy passes coming past half court, i can remember leonard having 2 really careless passes with no significant pressure on him.
Spurs did shoot lights out in the 4th quarter, and they've played as sloppy ball as ever in the 3rd. Miami also missed a lot of open 3s, particularly Ray Allen. The first half was as entertaining basketball as been played this postseason. The Spurs and Heat definitely deserve to be in the finals and it's a beauty to watch both team's styles head-to-head. It was unfortunate that LeBron's body couldn't keep up, but it's not a one-man team. The rest of the Heat have to play well, too. This is going to be a great series again. And lol at Gatorade trolling on twitter.
See thats the thing, I dont think anyone will ever fully figure out how to stop Lebron from cramping randomly. Lebrons body doesnt even make sense people been saying for years at his weight his joints wont be able to support the explosive movements and all that yet its 11 seasons in and he hasnt ever had any real injuries. I think cramps will be lebrons krytonite for his whole career and they are gonna pop in and out randomly no matter what he does like they have his whole career.
Probably not, but I'll bet they outrebound Miami by a least as much and commit half as many turnovers. Also, they will get a lot of buckets in the paint.

I just saw this interview......Geez After 2 rings to feel like your still an easy target for ridicule is just terrible, most people would be like whats the point.
he was laboring, okay but he was still good to play and run out there? not until around the 4 minute mark, where his muscles gave up, which the spurs were already shooting lights out or am I wrong? I don't know what you keep on insisting but lebron can't stop the whole team from shooting lights out and they were going to lose anyways with lebron in or out. not to mention apparently he wasn't full strength, but who was in that game? everybody was struggling, hence all the turnovers in the game from both teams.
I know right...he's a greater person than I am...I'd tell the fans in Cleveland to throw themselves in the Cuyahoga River, if they haven't gotten over the decision by now. The non-Cleveland fans to drop acid and go get laid on a bullhorn. And, those persistent critics, both national and local, you really should really be more creative in your topics, after 4 years.
Have you been watching Miami the last few weeks? LeBron has them on his shoulders. This Heat team is not all the way that direction (because of Wade), but they remind me some of the Cavs when LeBron played there. Seems like every single playoff game for Miami has been tightly contested except the game 6 blowout of the Pacers. The tipping point has been too close for Spoelstra to do anything other than focus on the task of winning one game at a time.
A player with a history and a team who relies on him that much is more reason you protect him. You have to pick your spots, ask Pop.
I'm not trying to hate on LeBron, but when you're the biggest basketball figure currently, and you have multiple endorsements and commercials that suck on his knob, the criticism comes with the territory. I don't think it's deserved because he clearly was in bad shape with those cramps, but it's expected.
