Still, I'll stand by the post as to all those thinking of seriously complaining.

 

so of all the overseas people we accumulated the past two years, which one is nearest to come over? Papka (cant spell rest of his name) ?

 

Alessandro Gentile is proud to be selected by the Rockets only because of Kevin McHale.

I don't know much about Gentile but have watched a few games and scouting videos since we picked him.

Maybe he never works out but I think someone with such skill can carve out a niche in the league if given enough time early in his career. I would like to let him play in Europe for 2 more years and then bring him over.

 

As an European Rockets fan I have to say Belinelli is better than him.. for now. However, he is already the second option in Italian National team. He is a winner.

I would say he will be one of the best players in Europe for a foreseeable future. About making it in Nba, even Linas Kleiza -he was a superstar in Europe- couldn't make an impact. Only time will tell.

 

If he can be 75% of the player Belinelli is i would say that is a win.

 

Unlike Capela, I could see Morey try to bring him over now. Without Lin, Rockets lack a legit threat/playmaker off the bench.

If he signs for CSKA there's no buyout until 2016

 

This forum has become "whinyfans" over the past season. So it's option b for sure.
