How about this? 14-team league, changed up our rosters to look accordingly: QB: RGIII RB: LeSean McCoy WR: Randall Cobb TE: Kyle Rudolph Flex: Arian Foster Flex: Michael Crabtree D/ST: Cleveland K: Matt Bryant Bench: Jeremy Maclin Bench: Joique Bell Bench: Lamar Miller Bench: James Jones Bench: Ryan Tannehill
12 team, PPR, 6 pt passing TDs, 20 pass yds = 1 pt Weak at receiver, but strong at RB 1. (4) Matt Forte (Chi - RB) 2. (21) Doug Martin (TB - RB) 3. (28) Arian Foster (Hou - RB) 4. (45) Matthew Stafford (Det - QB) 5. (52) Michael Crabtree (SF - WR) 6. (69) Julian Edelman (NE - WR) 7. (76) Ben Tate (Cle - RB) 8. (93) Golden Tate (Det - WR) 9. (100) Tony Romo (Dal - QB) 10. (117) Cecil Shorts III (Jax - WR) 11. (124) Zach Ertz (Phi - TE) 12. (141) Kenny Stills (NO - WR) 13. (148) Greg Jennings (Min - WR) 14. (165) St. Louis (StL - DEF) 15. (172) Chris Polk (Phi - RB) 16. (189) Blair Walsh (Min - K)
I would have liked to see you take a late round high risk/high reward investment gamble on a WR like Gordon or Marvin Jones to give that WR platoon some more upside.
Geez man that is the best team I have seen so far probably. You have 6 of the top 25 or so players. So that leaves 19 for the remaing 9 teams haha.
I agree solid squad top to bottom. Little leery about DeSean but you've still got guys that can contribute like Tate and Cooks as a flex. If you need to drop someone for a backup TE I'd definitely consider Greene. Good job handcuffing Sankey with him, but they guy is basically your dreaded goal-line vulture.
We have a 10 team league, I was 1st pick. I thought I did decently: QB: Matthew Stafford, Matt Ryan, Joe Flacco RB: Adrian Peterson, Rashad Jennings, Stevan Ridley, LeGarrette Blount (caught with Bell for smokin' the weedy weed, I know) WR: Dez Bryant, Antonio Brown, Torrey Smith, Rueben Randle, Kenny Britt TE: Antonio Gates, Zach Miller PK: Adam Vinatieri TD: Seattle Seahawks Rate my team, please.
Yeah, sorry, I should have said what they are. Starters in Bold, mine in parenthesis as I see them now: QB (Stafford), WR (Bryant), WR (Brown), RB (Peterson), RB (Jennings), TE (Gates), W/R (Ridley), K (Vinatieri), DEF (Seattle), BN (Ryan), BN (Flacco), BN (Blount), BN (Britt), BN (Miller), BN(Smith)
14 team, 12th pick, farily standard scoring (5 pts for TD pass, no PPR, bonuses for long passes/runs/catches): Graham Ball Garcon Luck L. Miller K. Wright Shorts Hyde Nicks Denver C.J. Anderson Flacco J. Gordon McCluster Todman Zuerlein My thrid-to-last and penultimate picks were trash. The wheels came off with my Luck pick, IMO. Not happy about it at all. Unless Gordon gets his suspension overturned and Miami becomes Philly south, I'm hurting bad at RB2 and WR2/3.
You won't make the playoffs. It doesn't make sense to have both Stafford and Ryan since they have the same Bye week, and you probably got them both in rounds 5-8. As a result, you're weak in your starting RB2, RB depth, WR depth, and TE. Unless you make some trades, I see definite losses in week 9 (Stafford/Ryan), 10 (Peterson/Ridley/Gates), and 11 (Bryant/Smith). Also, there's no reason to have 3 QB's on your roster.
Also, if I may add, Stevan Ridley seems to be on the roster bubble in NE. I would look to trade one of your QBs for an upgrade at your flex positions, whether it be RB or WR, doesn't matter. But I'd put the priority on finding a better RB replacement. Good luck!
I think you invested way to heavily into the quarterback position which wasn't necessary since you have a top 5 QB
ok guys here is mine. it was a 12 man (i had 12th pick) 1/2 point ppr league. with a defensive player. here we go 1. (12) Demaryius Thomas WR 2. (13) Dez Bryant WR 3. (36) Andre Ellington RB 4. (37) Shane Vereen RB 5. (60) Andre Johnson WR 6. (61) Nick Foles QB 7. (84) Seattle DEF 8. (85) Golden Tate WR 9. (108) Paul Posluszny LB 10. (109) Zach Ertz TE 11. (132) Maurice Jones-Drew RB 12. (133) Kendall Wright WR 13. (156) Shayne Graham K 14. (157) Ryan Tannehill QB 15. (180) Devonta Freeman RB 16. (181) DeAngelo Williams RB yahoo gave my draft an A+ one other guy an A and the rest B- or lower. i think i did pretty well but there is a decent amount of risk with foles and ertz especially. and also with my running backs both being small guys and injury risks, with ellington being only a 2nd year player.
Your receiving corps is solid. But you're right, the RB position could use a little pick me up. If Johnson gets to a hot start maybe you can dangle him and filler for a guy like Doug Martin or Alfred Morris. Can't believe you came away with Devonta Freeman at your next to last pick. Eventually he'll be named the 2nd string back behind S-Jax and you know he's not lasting a full 16 games. Good job overall.
Rate my team QB: Rivers (62) RB: McCoy (2) RB: Andre Ellington (59) WR: AJ Green (19) WR: Julio Jones (22) TE: Gronk (39) Flex: Keenan Allen (42) DST: Bengals (122) K: Crosby (119) Bench: Kendall Wright (WR) (79) Pierre Thomas (RB) (82) Romo (QB) (99) Delanie Walker (TE) (102) Shon Greene (RB) (139) Mike Evans (WR) (142) Roy Helu (RB) (159) 10 man league.
Incredible team. Ellington in the 6th round? Keenan Allen in the 5th? Your league is full of idiots. Is this a money league?
Not idiots just people that don't follow fantasy for the most part, I think about 3 of them did mock drafts. & nope.
I would try to deal Foster and one of your QBs for a WR1. That is some scary thin depth at WR. Solid looking team. I like the MJD pick that late as a sleeper and I think Vareen will put up big numbers, esp in PPR. That team should dominate. Almost looks like a public league. Lol
