It translates to more wins than you could get with clarkson, price or the corpse that is Nash. Look he's not a very good player but he's clearly not trash. He's a role player with many faults and some very specific strengths that could work well with teams like Phoenix, Denver (with Karl) etc. he's ideally suited for the change of place backup who can penetrate and create. To pretend he's trash is as silly as pretending he's an allstar. It's very interesting that even though he's playing very well now (he clearly wasn't before), they are still limiting him to 30 minutes a night. It does not seem exhaustion driven. It does seem that they're clearly tanking. I say that not to say he's a superstar but bc everyone else they have is trash. At least he's entertaining.
