okay, but why do you have 40 Mo Williams references then ? That was during his time with the Rockets Like some of them are funny (parachute) but don't move the goalposts, need to be consistent in your outrage, it seems you struggle to stay on topic as well Dude you just spent like 5 pages arguing with someone who thinks Lin is **** for the Lakers and was DECENT but not worth the money with the Rockets. Let it go. They're gone from Clutchfans bar a handful
This is the NBA Dish Forum. This forum is for specific threads about non-Rockets NBA matters, players, teams, etc. The title of the thread is "Jeremy Lin as a Los Angeles Laker". What don't you get about that? If you don't like the thread, just stay out of it.
Mo Williams is a good joke cause the audience here is still rockets fans. Turn a sad play that defines his entire tenure with the rockets into a joke. I'm on topic. I mentioned they lost on Christmas and then lost to the Mavericks. No Kobe and Jeremys stats weren't significantly better. Also comparing him to price is a legit discussion cause price is the other point guard.
Yes but you are the one that had the big issue with him not discussing "Jeremy Lin as a Laker", cause he talked about how Lin was decent if not overpriced with the Rockets. Good. This is Lin as a Laker, not Lin's Fans 2014-15
I've been getting petty enjoyment from that site's Lin thread. A couple recent morsels. Sound familiar?
An unlucky three would have tied the game but it was in and out. His D on Bledsoe and Thomas was *****y for 3 QTs but it got better on the 4th. Byson Scott doesn't actually hate Lin. As long as he does sth good, BS will keep him on the floor instead of Price. Oh, yes, Kobe is old and should just retires
nah the moderators did some clensing Price was actually playing well, I would've given him more minutes, but it seems that if Lin is playing passable D and being in control offensively that he'll go with him give he's a bit more dynamic offensively.
same here. but there comes a time when everyone should realize that he is not going to grow as a point guard. he just doesn't have the mentality for it.it's a daily grind at that position. we all have players that we want to succeed but don't. heath shuler was my favorite college qb in the early 90s. i still think lin can make an impact as 6th man, not running the point as much.
the Lakers lost that game. So Jeremy Lin continues his pattern of 3 bad games and then 1 good game. Mo Williams still owns Jeremy Lin, wherever he plays
I remember! I remember this one too. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/uPTnuynSfyg" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Lin had one of the worst airballs in NBA playoff history http://ftw.usatoday.com/2014/04/jeremy-lin-rockets-airball There’s airballs and then there’s airballs that go over the backboard. Jeremy Lin had the latter in the Rockets-Portland game on Sunday night — and then fell down after a forearm from a Rockets defender. The good thing for Lin is that despite this shot likely showing up on the NBA highlights’ show, on the stats sheet a miss is just a miss no matter how bad it is.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Jeremy Lin: "I still think I can make even more plays for this team..But when you talk about reaching my full potential there's still more."</p>— Serena Winters (@SerenaWinters) <a href="https://twitter.com/SerenaWinters/status/549439891759587328">December 29, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> Well looky here!! Jeremy Lin says he hasn't reached his "FULL POTENTIAL" I guess after you get a massive 3 year contract, you say things like that
