It should be taken into consideration that if we matched Chandler's deal, the Mavs had an agreement with Lance (not Lantz) Stephenson for less than the max.

I think they dodged a bullet

maybe. But the deal with Lance would be for 1 year less (no player option) and for around 9mil per (if i recall correctly) which is about 1/3 less than what Parsons got. That alone would make Lance much more tradeable than Parsons.

anyone have the picture of Harden standing over Parsons at the end of the game? Parsons is on the ground after the foul call and Harden looks amped. Saw it posted here but cant find it now.

Juicy bits to keep people from clicking

As Clutch predicted, when you make little money your bad performances are easily overlooked. When you make a ton of money, the pressure is on.

    Parsons will become a superstar.

Why??? Because Mark Cuban said so

The Mavs are now title contenders

Why??? Because Mark Cuban said so

    Parsons is worth 14 mill

Why??? Because Mark Cuban said so

All this hype about Parsons was created by the other PT Barnum of Dallas -- and nothing else

Cuban created the hype and the media believed it and now some dopey Mavs fans are actually waking up

Cringe worthy shooting form, it's literally a catapult off the side of the head with not only too much left hand it's on top of the ball. Ugh!

Mavs don't have anyone that requires the attention Harden and Howard command. Dirk is past his superstar prime (still a great player, but not worthy of double teams on a nightly basis). Also, no one on that Mavs is a particularly good passers to hit Parsons in his spots or off cuts. We all know how great a passers Harden is but even Jones is probably a better passers than anyone on that Mavs team.

Parsons was a product of our system and superstars. His struggles are showing now with the lack of superstar talent around him. To think the Mavs paid 46 million with a basically untradeable contract is so funny. Fegan screwed over Cuban.

I don't know. I consider Ellis to be a pretty elite offensive player.
