I think for the most part, they see the major league relievers of the future to be guys who are currently starting in the minors, so give them all innings now and work on developing your best pitching prospects and figure out the future role as you move forward

 

I'm just curious about guys like Chapman who have decent relief potential.

 

I'm sure the few relievers who they feel have potential, like Chapman and especially Lo, will get as much work in as they always would.

 

Never thought I'd see the day when I could sympathize with this clip.

Domingo Santana gets no love

 

Santana just crushed a 2-run ground rule double to the hill.

 

Foltynewicz came on in the 4th and was at 94-97 with his fastball. Hit 98 once. Threw 4 curves (2 75 , 1 76, and 1 78), and an 83 MPH slider struck out Wellington Castillo.

 

Radio guys are really talking him up. So far been a good game for most of our prospects.

 

Santana smoked another one. RBI triple
