    they really need to do foul outs in this league..too many fouls..

    well the purpose of summer league is to evaluate players' ability. fouling out defeats the purpose.....

    Utah fouled and going to the line. Makes both free throws. Casper tries to do it all then misses a bad shot. Casper stops at half court again, dribbling the clock out, then passes to Cummington for three. Third quarter over. 69 to 49, Rockets
