No matter who wins (literally....no matter who), the conspiracy theorists will form up some explanation for it. I just hope some team like the eternally struggling Bobcats/Wizards/etc. strike some luck, even in a weak draft.
If Toronto's lotto ball doesn't come up at #12, they keep their pick, since that puts it in the top 3 automatically. The pick is top 3 protected this year.
7:30 p.m.(CT) - ESPN Orlando (20-62) 25% 2ND Charlotte (21-61) 19.9% 3RD Cleveland (24-58) 15.6% Phoenix (25-57) 11.9% New Orleans (27-55) 8.8% Sacramento (28-54) 6.3% 1ST Detroit (29-53) 3.6% Washington (29-53) 3.5% Minnesota (31-51) 1.7% Portland (33-49) 1.1% Philadelphia (34-48) 0.8% Toronto (34-48) 0.7% Dallas (41-41) 0.6% Utah (43-39) 0.5% either way i think Sacramento in the top 3 believing that it was a part of the settlement deal to have them stay instead of move to Seattle.
Stern won't let the kings get the 1st pick, it would be too obvious after giving it to new Orleans last year.

Not gonna lie, my heart is going to stop until I hear Dallas read at 13. The Mavs somehow fluking into a top 3 pick, even in this draft, is one thing that could significantly improve their pitch come July.
