Very sad. I hope Pep and he made up before that.

I watched the first 30 minutes of that game. Painfully boring, so I left. Wasn't expecting a 4-0 result. Good for Giggs on his first head coaching gig.

****. Shades of Sir Alex out there. Have to wonder if Giggsy going with Sir Alex guys like Kagawa on the left and bringing in Mata to attack that lead to a proper thrashing.

Giggs can't be that good. Maybe he just got lucky.

He got a bit lucky. Players were excited and Norwich are trash (lost 4-1to Villa). Stars aligned for him there.

Damn... Chelsea with the 1-0 lead right at the half :(

Not blaming him, but I really don't trust Joe Allen. I hope to never see him in an LFC red next year and replace him with a proper player.

A deserved win for Chelsea I guess. Horrible brand of football with parking a train of 10 men at the back, but it worked. Pool withered under pressure. I don't consider Mou a tactical genius because he's essentially done the same thing for years, but it works very well.

I hope we can bounce back strong and win the last 2 matches and hope City draws one game. Maybe this would get the media and all the bandwagon fans off of Pool's back. We were bound to slip up, just wished it came earlier with a draw instead of a 0-2 loss against title rivals.

No tears coming from here. Pool already went above and beyond expectations. I'm proud of our boys and everyone knew we really played above our talent level. We'll only get stronger next season when we get a proper bench and BR's philosophy looks good.

Now we just need to take care of the next 2 games. I think the pressure from fans and media finally got to us. Maybe this loss will release some of that tension and refocus the boys.

Great results today. City now control their own destiny. The real test for City will be next week at Everton. Everton still have top 4 asperations so City will have to play their best. If City can win that match than they finish the season at the Etihad with middle and bottom of the table teams.

Damn it. Why didn't Torres take that shot instead of passing it to Willian. It would have been great for him to score right there.

With the injuries to Silva and Navas, I sure hope Nasri is ok. Everton worry me a bit. Hopefully they remain focused.

    How cool is this guy?

But sad that this type of racism is so prevalent, especially in southern and eastern Europe.

Congrats to Chelsea, I feel like the better team won, even tho im salty. We were frustrated the whole game and couldnt break them,so it is what it is. We exceeded expectations and we are in the champions league so thats all that matters to me. With luck other teams can drop points and we somehow win the league.

Also Iago has to ****ing go, he wasted two corners that could have led up to goals, and for the first time Ive seen Brendan get flustered so hopefully it doesn't effect his performance in our last two games.

Chelsea was amazingly disciplined and you do have to give credit for how much work they must have put into their tactics leading up to the game - especially with a lot of key guys out back there. Liverpool will have to get used to it because the more success they have the more that will happen, especially in CL play. Rodgers was really upset and made comments about how he always wants to play real, attractive football. I like him a lot.

Really bummed for the Chelsea win despite liking the great discipline, though, because I really don't want Man City to take it all now but they have the advantage now. Everton is a danger for them but I don't think they match up all that well to stop City.

Bad sports Sunday with PL action and Rockets.

Ya bro.. Let's recap what happened.

Minute of silence in memory of Tito.
    Busquets rolls a few tears.
Villareal is forced to make 2 substitutions in the first half
Alves gets a banana thrown at him, rather than toss it back he notices the need for potassium and eats it.
Villareal scores four goals but ends up losing 3:2

    Comical game really..
