It was rust. But the man was overthrowing the ball(signs of lost arm strength). Almost every throw was a duck/flutter. I still think he will be an effective QB, but his days as an elite QB are gone.

Andrew Luck's 1st pass in the NFL is a 63 yard touchdown.

it was a brilliant screen play, but a touchdown is a touchdown, right?

Luck looks pretty good although I don't know if that's because the Rams defense is just piss poor.

Grrr! Just figured out the Colts game was on. Ridiculous stats by Luck.

    Should Texans fans be worried?

it's only one preseason game but he looks very poised in the pocket and can throw the hell out of the ball. We'll have to wait and see how he holds up against a better team but his future looks good - not good for Texans however.

Got their next star QB. Not bad, not bad at all. :p But this was all expected anyways right?

We will see in regular season, but he is the best prospect in about 30 years, ya not unexpected. If you have to tank a season, you got to tank at the right time, Spurs and Colts know how to get it done.

No because the Colts have a bad team this year around him.

I don't think he is talking about this year. Manning's first year Colts were 3-13 I think, he is talking about the next decade.

Well I hate the fact that we lost to them on Thursday Night Football. With Dan Orlovsky as QB .

I hate the fact that we play both games against Luck late in the season. They could be improving and when you have a good Qb, anything can happen. Hopefully we are already locked into a good playoff spot.

The best way to beat Luck is to keep him off the field. The Texans have the tools to do that if we don't fumble the ball. Fumbles + Luck = late game heroics and gut wrenching defeats.

We're much better than the Colts this year, with or without Luck. There's no reason to be especially worried about them. Not with the killer schedule we have.

Unless injuries even things out, the Texans should blow out the Colts both games. Luck will be thrown on his behind several times.

Luck is the main component but they need to restock his weapons. Even Peyton had an Edgerrin James to help shoulder the load.

Along with a good OL, Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, (insert white WR), Dallas Clark, etc., etc.
