You seem to be missing the point, because the contracts are grandfathered doesn't mean their existing team can still fit them into the cap. The NBA has never had a hard cap, yet that is what they are proposing, what I'm saying is the way to do that is take the entirety of all nba contracts, add the rookie scale and a little lee, divide by 30, and say there you go. There is almost no way that existing teams with 50-60m will accept them being limited and being unable to sign new players whilst other teams have upwards of 100m.
That's my reasoning. Besides, Lebron just doesn't get it that this is a TEAM sport. There's no "I" in team. There is a "ME" in team, but it's backwards and spaced out!:grin:
I'm hoping its the Rockets. If Yao can come back healthy and regain his 2008 form, we will be in great shape, especially with the emergence of Lowry. Why no option for the Rockets anyway?
