Yep. They share a division with the Braves, who've been pretty good for the last 20 years, and also have an abundance of young talented arms. And it isn't like the Phillies aren't contenders.
Dusty Baker's handling of Prior was a lot different. Baker didn't limit Prior's pitches. He let him go over 130 several times. Innings weren't as big of an issue. Nats still should have adjusted their handling of Strasburg to allow him to remain available for the postseason.
