No, any trade involving picks must have equal numbers on each side. You can't do a 3-for-2, 2-for-1, etc..
My bad, just trying to mirror the Comets' last offer. Panda + my last round pick for your 4th pick (ie this one now) and 7th rounder.
About to head off so if you guys do end up making a trade, please keep things moving by picking for the other person, and I'll switcharoo the appropriate players tomorrow. Thanks.
I'm heading to bed now, too. I guess we won't be able to reach that deal, haven't heard from Comets in the last 3 hours. Sorry man. Good luck with your pick.
My net has been down, I was posting from my phone. So the number of picks and players has to be equal? I thought it was just the number of picks. Picking Heath Bell
Every team must finish this draft with exactly 28 players. In the regular season, you can do 2-for-1 trades involving players to your heart's content (the team receiving 2 will have to drop a player). This type of trade does not make sense while the draft is underway because each team much finish with exactly 28 players. Picks in and picks out in any trade made during the regular season must always be equal.
What is the starting roster broken down to for each game played? I'm not sure how many guys I need at each position or what the breakdown is here.
You start 1 C, 1 1B, 1 2B, 1 3B, 1 SS, 5 OF. You also start a MI (2b or SS), a CI (1b or 3b), and a UI ( 1b, 2b, 3b, or SS). As for pitching you start up to 7 each week, of your choosing, with a season cumulative limit on both SP and RP games.
Can a catcher be a UI? On the site there is button that says Move to Farm. Can we stock minor leagues or something?
