He kinda does. He actually used to look a little more like him before he let his hair grow out as long as it is now.
As much possession/shots/corners as we gave them a draw isn't a bad result. It sucks to give up a goal like that at the very end of the game though.
No kidding. It's amazing how your perceptions can change. Before the game, I would have taken a draw in a second. But now, like Kam said, this feels like a loss.
****, this **** always happens in soccer. a team is up, they start playing nothing but defense; if they have possession they kick back to the opposing goalie. Then opposing starts bombing them then bam, they get scored on. I've seen it so many times. all they have to do is hold possession and try to attack like the game was tied. If lucky they could get another goal, punish them for sending all their players forward Dynamo have some serious defending/possession and creating scoring opportunity problems. It's not because there are starters missing...
The Dynamo should've had 3 points tonight. But look at the remaining schedule, 5 games left (3 home, 2 road) all against teams who are out of playoff contention. They play Philadelphia twice, New England, Montreal, and Colorado. They need to take advantage and control their own destiny. No need for scoreboard watching the other teams.
Big Time. MLS on Network television. Good place to have their first game is Portland. Really loud crowd.
I'm expecting a mix of starters and reserves for this game but it's still an important game for the Dynamo because only the 1st place team in each 3-team group/division advances to Quarterfinals.
Dynamo win 4-0. They currently lead their division in the CONCACAF Champions League. Houston still need either a win or at least a tie against Olimpia to advance to the quarterfinals.
The way the Dynamo are going, we should get it. Don't know about the playoffs but CONCACAF advancement should be within our grasp since the last game is at home.
It would take a major collapse to miss the playoffs. I don't see both Columbus and DC (without DeRo) passing us, especially with a pretty easy schedule left. The only question left is the seeding.
Facepalm on the Dynamo today. They are on the verge of a 2012 Rockets-like season collapse/meltdown. 4 games left with 3 of them at home. The Dynamo right now are still in the playoff picture but barely only 1 point ahead of the Columbus Crew for the 5th and final spot. They need to win out.
Agreed. Columbus might end up passing the Dynamo. Higuain has been a huge addition and they have been pretty solid as a team since he came on board. But I just can't see DC passing the Dynamo without DeRo. Chris Pontius is a really good player, but I don't think he can carry the team on his own.
And then we lose and DC gets a win to move 4 points ahead. DC's next two games are against two of the worst teams in the league, but they have Columbus and Chicago (who may have nothing to play for in the last game) after that. I guess on the bright side somebody will have to drop points in the DC/Columbus game which should help us. None of that matters if we can't take care of business though.
Convert back to the 442, start carr and Barnes, play warren c instead of sarkodie!win you son of a b****!
