The slate of games is better this week than it was last week, but a couple of the marquee matchups don't have quite the luster they were expected to when these schedules first came out. I was pretty excited to see what Arkansas' offense was going to be able to do against Alabama, but given the fact that Tyler Wilson isn't going to play and, you know, they lost to ULM last week, I don't think they'll be able to hang. The other is USC/Stanford. Like UH without Keenum, the Cardinal have found out that life after Andrew Luck is a lot tougher. They haven't looked all that bad, but they also haven't looked like a team capable of pulling off an upset against this USC squad.
Keep it real Mike Gundy, keep it real! Tried for the onside kick, up 38-0 in the 2nd Q. Not sure if they recovered it or not. Elsewhere: Pitt "all over" VTech. TCU surprisingly up only 10-6. Should pull away but we'll see. Louisiana-Monroe & Auburn tied up.
Fun weekend so far. TCU pulling away at 20-6 now. Cal just scored.....crazy lucky touchdown for auburn to end the half. Hope Pittsburgh can win that one.
TCU keeps shooting themselves in the foot. 2nd turnover in the redzone. This one a sure touchdown is turned into a touchback.
Ohio State is lucky to be down only one. Cal has kicked them around the field in the 2nd half so far.
the guy was down anyway but that forward progress call was pretty funny. i'm not even sure how you come up with that one. and then they waste our time with a challenge that wasn't even allowed.
