I don't think they are even the best receiver duo this year. That belongs to Robert Woods and Marquis Lee
You may be right; they were incredible. Lee is special like Watkins and the USC duo has the big advantage of Matt Barkley throwing them the ball. They will also get a lot more pub playing at USC. Bear_Bryant, I think your team should be ranked #1 right now. Michigan came in overrated but that was a slaughterhouse.
+1, and the fact that that duo is catching balls from the Heisman favorite easily makes the the best WR duo in the nation. If that SC defense improves weekly and the team as a whole stays healthy (not a lot of depth), that team WILL play in the championship game.
I could be mistaken but Terrance Williams is looking like a first round pick. Reese is no slouch either. All speed though. Add Sampson to the list and I'm not sure who has a better 1-2-3 punch.

It's crazy the SEC has 5 teams in the top 10. South Carolina and Georgia don't belong there. Georgia has a clear path to 12-0 and the SEC championship game if they get past Mizzou and South Carolina on the road. It's almost miraculous they avoid Alabama, LSU & Arkansas this year.
The SEC east is pretty weak this year. I don't think it will ever be as bad as the Big 12 North was for a while. At least the north is more balanced now that West Virginia is there, CU is gone and Kansas St. is good. Still unfair how stacked the big 12 south is. It would be nice to swap TCU with someone from the north.
Sure...and the circular logic of SEC dominance wins again. there's no more north/south divisions or championship game...it's a round robin schedule.
lol, not that the AP matters but what a joke. Texas gets moved down to 17, yet Virginia Tech who played pretty bad yesterday moves up.
Polls are a compilation of a bunch of ballots - you can't simply look at it that "Texas moved down and VATech moved up". BOTH teams got more votes than they had in the last poll. VaTech just moved up more (probably due to beating a better team). Texas went from 569 pts to 584 points, despite moving down in the overall rankings. VaTech went from 548 to 604.
I couldn't tell if I was watching Mich/Bama or the first hour of the new Batman movie this weekend. Bama is Bane.
Not that miraculous, since they only play one SEC-West game, separate from an annual meeting with Auburn. So, they won't face any of those teams 50% of the time, and can never face more than one. The miraculous thing is that Florida, Tennessee & Auburn suck (at least for their lofty standards). Edit: I wouldn't sleep on GA Tech.
I am more scared about LSU but our weakest point on our team is our secondary. We have Robert Lester and Dee Milliner who played well. However, Belue and Sensuri are unproven. Sensuri was all over the field and looked pretty good. On a side note, has anyone else been to the Cowboys Stadium yet? It's unbelievable.
Hell no. Can't wait for their season to start! Going to be an awesome weekend. TCU...and Texans are back!
