Oregon or Kansas State? Chip Kelly's last game?

That had to be Kansas State's worst fear. All week, everyone has been saying that the Wildcats won't have the speed to keep up with Oregon and De'Anthony Thomas runs back the opening kick for a touchdown.

I think Chip is as good as gone. He has long said that he would only leave Oregon if he was sure that he was leaving the program in better shape than when he took over and it's safe to say that he has done that. Not only have they won enough that their success will be more easily sustainable be his successor, they also pretty much have his successor lined up in offensive coordinator Mark Helfrich.

Also, it's hard to imagine that he would line all up the interviews he has for after this game if he didn't have his eye on moving up to the NFL.

Kansas State would probably like a 'restart'.

K-State should do what other teams did after DAT started the season explosively: Adjust to take him out of the game and make other Oregon players beat them. If they don't, this could be over at halftime. Mariota looks to be off his game so far.

I might never see a 1 point safety again.
