i like this either, but i feel it over-rewards late picks and hurts 4th/5th pick too much. It's not that bad to be a late pick already, compared to 4th-5th pick. In this system, if you are 4th, you get CP3 or Rose or whoever, then you wait till late round 2, and then till late round 3. But if you are 10th, you get DWill or whoever, another serious star in early 2, and then an early 3 pick. I'd rather then have a 'weird' round 3, where only top 3 picks get 'punished' and pick at the end, but everyone else picks in the old order. Or just not complicate things and do it the way we used to do, let top 3 teams have the advantage..
i was among the last in the 1st draft actually the last, but then a guy or two joined after we started. it wasn't so bad, Nash-Avery Bradley-Deng-Dirk-Tyson Chandler. The one with the 4th pick would've been worse, if I didn't draft for assets and made a couple trades.

The thing is, with 1-3 pick gets superrrr mega ultra star then 2 all-star (2nd,3rd).. While the guys in the last picks gets 2 allstar with backtoback..And scrubs
yep. well, i was new too, i didn't do any trades and drafted purely for need. i could've done better than that.
Id laugh sooo hard if you guys voted for bron, durant, and dwight to be excluded and won 1st pick... It jus gets replaced with paul, bynum, kobe(maybe wade because of cap)... The thing is its not gonna change anything...
