    I hope it ends up exactly how the first game was, or the exact opposite of the first game.

    Either way, having these teams play again is stupid.

    Tbh, they deserve to be in the game. Ok State lost to a whack team.

    Do I wish the system was different? Yes. Would I love for there to be a playoff? Yes. That being said, if the system we have is designed to put the two best teams in college football against each other for the championship than it's pretty obvious that they got it right. I fully understand that as a Bama fan I'm biased but c'mon, does anyone here really think Okie state is better?

    i'm not sure...i do know this, LSU beat bama at bama already. so why not give someone else a crack?

    but hey, every game matters..oh except LSU/BAMA in Tuscaloosa :rolleyes:

    I honestly don't, but it's not about that. Since we have no playoff system we can't say Bama is better. They play in two different conferences against different opponents. All the signs point to OSU having the leg up in that regard anyway. It's about us knowing that Bama got a shot to prove they could be LSU already and they lost. At home at that. We don't know what OSU could do with their shot.

    The system is jacked. The fact that a team that couldn't win it's own division can be crowned champ over a team that they at best split with is sickening. Especially when that team clearly has a better resume.

    I hope Bama beats LSU just for the absolute chaos and lulz that would ensue.

    OK State should really be playing LSU. Bama had their chance (at home!) and blew it. Screw this mulligan crap.

    No you're right, there's no way to know for sure who is better as it is all speculative. But I don't understand the fixation with the fact that LSU beat us already. Do you think who we lost to is important? If you do, why don't you think who OSU lost to is just as important? If it is, how can you stand behind an argument that a loss to the number one team in the country is somehow worse than a loss to a 6-6 team?

    Win/lose LSU should be the national champion will be the national champion. At worst they will be 1-1 with LSU having already won the SEC championship.

    Alabama overrated yet again. They dont belong in this national championship game. They're gonna put together another snoozefest in this title game. They're gonna lose to LSU
