Soccer Style. Random assortment of all 20 teams into 4 pods. Every team in a pod faces each other. Only 1 day for voting for this, and multiple votes can go on at once. 2 with the best result in each pod go into a 8 team playoff.
During the playoffs, you progressively increase the time of voting. as in: Quarters has 2 days Semis has 4 days Finals has 1 week
