As a City fan I think this past weekedn marked the end of City's title asperations. They need to be more concerned with Chelsea and Tottenham who are 4 and 5 points behind them respectively rather than chasing Man U and their 12 point cushion. City is playing some poor football as of late and could use some help all over the pitch. I am hoping the offseason sees City bring in top quality forward, midfielder and defender. Out of the current squad I see guys like Hart, Zabaleta, Kompany, Yaya, Aguero and Dzeko as top guys who should be on the 1st team at all times. Other than that and as much as I like Silva and Nasri we should be looking for upgrades anywhere around these guys. It will also be interesting to see what will be of Mancini after this season. After a second Champions League disaster (this year worse than last) and this current bad form which has all but taken the team out of the EPL Title chase, there could be a change at manager which would open up the entire team for possible change.
No worries brah, other warriors will step up (Cesc, I'm looking at you). Our squad looks promising for the next 5 years
Looks like Celtic's Champions League dreams are coming to an end. Down 3-0 at home to Juve. They missed so many chances early to take control of this game...but Buffon stood in the way time and again. Can't wait to see ManU/Real Madrid tomorrow with Gus Johnson calling the action.
I hope Dortmund will punish that Brazilian striker and Donezk for their lack of sportsmanship against the Danish team.
Didn't catch the game, but it was a 1-1 Draw MU vs RM. The game was probably boring. Also Liverpool will qualify for the CL next season! Go Rockets!
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/W3KZF-Cla9g" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> This was Francesco Totti's 224th goal in Serie A. 1 away from 2nd all time.
Coutinho looks good man. Hopefully the addition of more star caliber players in the summer will solidify LFC into next year's top 4. With Carra retiring, maybe we can shed some more dead weights off. Henry needs to calm down with his moneyball for the moment and sign some stars. His moneyball philosophy got him to hire Cornolli and we all know how that went. Anyway, reserves or not, this win is good to get their spirits up and hopefully a good momentum going into the Zenit match on Thursday. Anyone catch a replay of Borini's shoulder dislocation incident? I immediately switched the channel as soon as I saw him clutching his left shoulder and you could hear his screaming. #BeWell
