    No, if you watched the game, the game was over BEFORE Pujols hit 3 homeruns.

    Yep. The Rangers scored 6 in 2 innings to get back into it. The first Pujols home-run was the back breaker.

    Even if it was 3 "meaningless HR's" (which were in consecutive at bats), how many others have hit 3 meaningless HR's in a World Series game? (2) In a playoff game? (6).

    Don't forget the 5 total hits (Only happened once), and the total 6 RBI's (only happened twice).

    The Cards only got 2 hits the whole game. The cool thing is that Lance Berkman made both of those hits.

    really? most folks i know in Arkansas are Cards fans. close team geographically...and the connection with the franchise for years through the Travellers in Little Rock.
