    Adam Moffat is a beast. His 40-yard blast puts the Dynamo up 1-0. That's his second goal of the season. The other was a goal just like that.

    Costly with a goal assisted by Brad Davis. That's Davis' second assist of the night. His MVP resume continues to improve.

    Getting Costly going heading into the postseason would be huge. When the Dynamo brought him in, there was a lot of hope that he would be a big-time target in front of the goal, but it hasn't happened.

    In other MLS playoffs action, New York leads FC Dallas 1-0 in the 61st minute. I'm all about hating on Dallas, so this is good news.

    2-0 win for New York. They will advance to play the LA Galaxy in what should be a really fun matchup. The Galaxy have been the league's best team basically all season and the Red Bulls might have the most talent of any team in the league other than the Galaxy.

    Today's game is at 4pm and will be on ESPN2 after the LA Galaxy-NY Red Bulls game. Right now the Galaxy are leading 1-0 at halftime.
