The Crawfish Shack in Crosby. Worth the drive. BYOB. http://www.crawfishshack.com/ or Guidry's Cruisin Cajun Crawfish in Deer Park. Not as good as the first place, but closer. http://maps.google.com/maps/place?h...&hnear=Deer+Park,+TX&cid=10356316184593547366
Boiling Crab (Beechnut / Beltway 8, Viet Hoa lot) There is a reason why you will have to way 30min OUTSIDE every frigin weekend and weeknights.. The one to get is called the whole Shabang (Med)...
Boiling Crab is the best and nothing else is really even close. Ive heard good things Jolynn's, but never been there personally.
Crawfish & Beignets on Bellaire in Hong Kong 4 food court. Place ain't the cleanest in the world but DAMN, it's the best crawfish. Boiling Crab got nuthin on it.
Boiling Crab is really overrated and kind of ridiculous to wait for well over 30 minutes for it. I think the wait just makes you so hungry that it seems to taste good. Rather go to Crawfish and Noodles or Wild Cajun.

Where's the best place to get live crawfish to boil at home? Last year i bought all the stuff to boil crawfish, luckily HEB had 50lb bags for .99/lb towards the end of the season so we did a few boils with that. I've recently noticed all the grocery stores started advertising live crawfish, I heard there were some problems getting them for a while and alot of restaurants took advantage charging $10+ /lb. Anyone know the best place to get decent sized live crawfish at good prices? We are planning a trip to the river memorial day weekend and want about 150lbs to take with us.
